Thank you to…

We are in the mood for another  “Thank you” giveaway to a couple of  kind souls who have been sharing news on  Hwayobi’s music  on their websites. When other kpop news websites are prone to only publicize news on Yobi’s  life matters and not on her music, these kind souls have been sharing news on Yobi’s true intention as an artiste,  on her music, her passion. Yay Yobi’s back!! ^-^ Hwayobi to be exact. I haven’t been a fan of all her songs but I have been a fan of her voice ever since “We Got Married”. She has a unique & mature voice in my opinion and she’s such a sweetheart, I wish I had a unnie like her :(Can’t wait to see her on M!Countdown before I go to bed. Lovely comeback CD. Booty Call, though very North American sounding is very catchy and the rest of the songs = love <3. I’ve mentioned she’s a sweetheart and has a lovely voice but did I mention the powerful vocals? Well then just listen to #4, plus Outsider blows my mind every time I hear his intense rapping skills haha. ^-~- Mapthesoul-

Yobi  sang a beautiful rendition of “Slow motion” by Karina. She also did short unplugged rendition of, “Bye Bye Bye, “Half”, “Lie”,  “Ottongayo” and a song by Kim Bum Soo. As always beautifully sung.  Couple of lovely pictures of Yobi from newsen, where she shared about her album and did elaborate a bit about the composition of “Bye Bye Bye”.  Sorry the translator is not working well today, will share the details if I get to retrieve it.

Today, she seemed to perform with gusto, seeing more energy here. Although something still amiss with the image but I am lovin’ her rugged R & B image and of course, her flowy hair…love. For her unique sweet vocal always top notch. Looking forward for more of her performances.  Yobi ssi Aja Aja ! Are you lovin’ her new image/ style ?

Yobi was interviewed by TVian, internet TV. Lovely Yobi looked  really fresh and rejuvenated in light make- up. There’s a 5- min video interview, you can watch it here. I had problem with the streaming and downloading, yet to watch it.  The accompanying article did mentioned about her debut, where she was instantly recognized in Korea as a talented vocalis due to her unique vocal talents. A heavenly voice filled with much soul and sensitivity  and she  always delivered excellent live performances.  The gist of the article seemed to mention  about her unique characters as we have known her as.  In the interview, she also shared with much passion about her album which we have known filled with her works from the lyrics to the song compositions.
