A "Sunshine" comeback ?

Whilst waiting for her 7th album, probably, this February, we have re- uploaded a couple of her past performances (here) from her 6th album “Sunshine”. My all time favourite image of hers has always been her “Sunshine” comeback style. For that comeback, she conveyed an aura of elegance and gentility. A style that really suits the diva she is.

For the upcoming comeback, will it be another “sunshine” comeback ? Please do surprise us Yobi ssi. We’ll be waiting for the great surprise.

Below is the Hangul lyrics for “Ghost”. The english lyrics were translated  using online translator and it is rather inaccurate but at least it provides the  gist in understanding the song. It is about the denial in accepting the eternal departure of someone whom he/ she loves. *Please do not use it to sub the MV since it is loosely translated. Hopefully, a kind soul will help to translate it. Maybe.

You can hear her heart sings…

A couple of awesome videos of Yobi from radio shows last year when she was promoting “Half. Especially delighted to finally get to see her singing “To be fortunate (Thank God)/ 다행이다 by Lee Juk”. She draws out so much emotions in her singing as we listen to the audio here and in the video you’ll see where the emotions come from.  Yobi was so immersed in singing the song and she was projecting so much emotions. You can almost “hear her heart” in both songs…as always as soulful in her singings.

Awesome  vocal prowess of both Yobi and Go Yoo Jin ! It was quite a short song or was it because I just can’t get enough of it. Yobi looks so young and  really lovely like a doll with her dark wavy hair.  Loving her style and, of course, her voice . Kudos sweet Yobi ssi ! Looking forward for more…

A bit of info on Go Yoo Jin. He has been in the music industry since in the 90s and is known for his vocal prowess as a tenor. He was classically trained in music at Christ Theology University in Seoul and was a tenor before he pursued as a rock ballad singer. A glimpse of his “tenor capability” in this short clip here of him singing and imitating voices of various vocals ranges.
